Terms and Conditions

By registering your gym on GymSync you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. GymSync is operated by [Your Company Name], registered in India.

GymSync provides a web-based dashboard that allows gym owners to manage member enrollments, track payments, send membership renewal reminders via WhatsApp and SMS, make announcements to members, and view revenue analytics. GymSync also provides a mobile application for gym members through which members can access their membership details, track workouts, and interact with their gym community.

GymSync is a software platform only. We are not a gym, a fitness service provider, or a healthcare provider. We do not provide fitness advice, medical advice, or any physical service.

To use GymSync you must register with a valid email address, gym name, phone number, and city. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. GymSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

GymSync offers three subscription plans — Starter at Rs 499 per month, Growth at Rs 999 per month, and Pro at Rs 1999 per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Early access gyms receive 3 months free trial. No credit card is required during the free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. GymSync does not store your card or UPI details directly. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings. No refunds are provided for partial months already billed.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of member data you enter into GymSync. You must obtain proper consent from your gym members before enrolling their personal information into the platform. You must not use GymSync to store sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for gym membership management including medical records, financial account details, or government ID numbers. You must not use GymSync to send spam, abusive messages, or unsolicited commercial communication to your members. You are responsible for complying with all applicable Indian laws in relation to your gym business.

When you enroll a gym member into GymSync you are acting as the data controller for that member's personal information. GymSync processes this data on your behalf as a data processor. You must inform your members that their data is being managed through GymSync. You must have a lawful basis such as a membership agreement for processing member data. Upon a member's request, you must delete their data from GymSync within a reasonable timeframe.

GymSync sends WhatsApp and SMS messages to your members using the phone numbers you provide. By using this feature you confirm that your members have agreed to receive such communications when they joined your gym. GymSync is not responsible for message delivery failures due to network issues, incorrect phone numbers, or WhatsApp policy changes. Misuse of the messaging feature to send unsolicited or abusive messages will result in immediate account termination.

All software, design, branding, and content on GymSync is owned by [Your Company Name]. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform. Your gym data including member records, payment history, and announcements belongs to you. You may export your data at any time from the dashboard.

GymSync is provided as is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. GymSync is not liable for any loss of revenue, loss of data, or business disruption caused by platform downtime, bugs, or technical issues. Our maximum liability to you in any case is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 30 days. GymSync is not liable for any disputes between you and your gym members regarding memberships, payments, or services.

You may delete your account at any time. GymSync may terminate your account with 7 days notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted from our servers.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

GymSync may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be notified via email with at least 14 days advance notice.
